贺德昌，笔名：千石，原(国家公派驻莫斯科)任中俄贸易关系发展基金会会长兼出口部经理等职务，现为中国文联田汉研究会书画委员会委员，中国科协北京工艺美术学会会员，中国管理科学研究院经济论坛专家，文化部中国国际书画艺术研究会研究员，世界和平国际教育联合会艺术总顾问等省市级美协会员、顾问。
千石书画作品及论文与评论文章，自上个世纪八十年代以来，曾多次在《北京日报》、《北京经济日报》、《中国导报》、《人民日报》、《农民日报》、《商业文化》、《中国文艺家》、《人民美术》等市和中央直属报刊杂志发表，并在百度网、360网、搜狐、新浪、腾讯、人民网、新华网、凤凰网等国内外各大网站都有大量宣传展示书画作品和相关活动报导。

He Dechang, pencil name: Qian Shi, original president of the China Russia trade relations development foundation (sent to Moscow by country) and export manager. He has been committee member of the Calligraphy and Painting Committee of the Tian Han Research Association of China Federation of literature, member of the Beijing Arts and Crafts Association of China Association for Science and Technology, Expert of Economic Forum of China Academy of Management Science, researcher of China International Painting and Calligraphy Research Association of Culture Department, General Consultant of Art of World Peace International Federation and other provincial and municipal members and consultancies.

Mr. Qian Shi has formed unique painting and calligraphy style and he has been loved by the people. In the aspect of innovation of Chinese painting theory and technique, he suggests such theories as "outer function deciding subject" and "internal function deciding soul", large scattered point focus perspective. He also explores a "Qianshicun" in the technique of landscape painting.

刘大为 现任中国美术家协会主席，山东诸城人，1945年出生。1968年毕业于内蒙师大美术系，1980年毕业于中央美术学院中国画研究生班，受教于叶浅予、蒋兆和、李可染、吴作人、黄胄等中国著名画家，基本功扎实，并刻意求新，工、写皆精。作品严谨深刻并富有浓烈的生活气息，作品以反映北方少数民族生活风情以及重大历史题材著称于世。是中国当前艺术成就突出，影响较大的国画家。作品曾多次入选国内外重要展览并发表。有作品获《光明日报》美术奖一等奖，“全国第一届教师美术作品展览”一等奖，“全国第二届连环画展”二等奖，“全国第六届美术作品展览”优秀奖，“全国第七届全国美展”铜奖。有多幅作品被中国美术馆，中国画研究院等单位收藏。

Liu dawei, President of the China artists association, was born in 1945. In 1968 graduated from the fine arts department of Inner Mongolia normal university in 1968, graduated from the central academy of fine arts graduate student class of Chinese painting, educated in Ye Jianyu, Jiang Zhaohe, Li Keran, wu zuoren, Huang Zhou famous Chinese painter, solid basic skills, and innovation and deliberately, writing is fine. The works are rigorous and rich in life, and the works are famous for reflecting the life style of the minority nationalities in the north and the important historical themes. It is China's current artistic achievement outstanding, influential country painter. The works have been selected and published many times.
